I gotta give credit where credit is due. Seriously, I just had one of the best fast food experiences in forever. I was craving a Beef 'n Cheddar, and let me tell you, they KILLED IT. The sandwich was stacked perfectly, with that glorious cheddar sauce just oozing all over the warm roast beef - so gooood! The curly fries were hot and tasty too! We had the best service by Felicia! That girl was so friendly and on it! She even asked if I wanted extra sauce...I mean...who doesn't?!? She had this genuine smile, and you could tell she actually cared about getting everything right. The food was hot, fresh, and the whole bag was packed with love. Seriously, this Arby's is doing something right. this is your place. And as for Felicia - she's a freakin' rockstar!

Cold and raining Friday night...decided to go to Arby's on Sunrise tonight. Wanted to order online but not able to so decided to go into the location. Last visit thru the drive thru...they got our order incorrect but going into the location this time...as soon as I went in, Alejandro greeted me immediately which is a surprise. Not many fast food locations have employees who do that. Alejandro was cool with helping me with my order, scanned my promo code and also lete know how much longer my order will take. On the way out...I can hear Alejandro yell out to me to have a good night! That was awesome. Dude needs a bonus for doing a great job tonight! Thanks again. By the way, the lobby and seating area was pretty clean! Will done in next time.
